Q. How durable and strong is art-mache? I am planning to do 2 people about 1 metro tall each,holding hand.I will put metal armature for people holding hand for the body and arms.Can I use stone effect texture paint over it.Would the sculpture crumble with time.What is the best way to make it durable?

A. Paper mache will last for many years, if kept in doors. Allow to dry, seal with an acrylic paint, then you can paint with any paint.

Use spaces to separate tags.
Use single quotes (') for phrases.
