As part of their 10 year celebrations, Waterside Arts Centre are hosting a 3 week Pop-up shop featuring the work of artists, designers and makers from across Greater Manchester. The shop, which is based in a unit in The Square Shopping Centre in Sale, will sell ceramics, textiles prints, paintings, furniture, jewellery and more. The shop launches today until Saturday 13 December and will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 5.30pm with late night openings on Thursdays until 8pm.
The Pop-up shop will also play host to a series of workshops:
Festive Bunting Necklaces with Julia Roy Williams of Wonderhaus.
Saturday 29 November from 1 – 3.30pm. Drop in.
Join festive acrylic shapes onto a chain to make a unique piece of jewellery.
Stitch your own Mistletoe with Bella Leonard.
Thursday 4 December from 5.45 – 7.45pm. Please book.
Embroider your own wooden, laser cut mistletoe with a variety of threads.
All materials included £10 per person. Only 6 places available.
Make your own Christamas Cards with Jenny Waterson
Saturday 13 December 1 – 4pm. Drop in.
Using a variety of paper, card, beads and sequins make your own festive card for someone special.
