We love it so much, we even made a window display out of all our pictures from the last year! Here are our favourite creative accounts from Manchester we think you should be following.
We love the guys over at Creative Tourist. Their website is out go-to place for all the creative and cultural happenings in the city. Their Instagram account shows where the team have been out and about in the city, and hidden gems you might not have noticed.
#2 Outhouse MCR
As custodians of the two public art spots in the Northern Quarter, Outhouse’s Instagram account is a flurry of creativity and they often capture the artists at work so you can get a good insight into how the murals are created.
The John Rylands Library has been around for almost as long as us, which means they have a pretty old and interesting archive! Their Instagram account shows snippets from their collection and is an amazing resource of historical imagery.
Creative Boom have been sharing inspiration since 2009. Their blog and Instagram account is filled with interesting art and design from around the world that will really help get the creative juices flowing.
Manchester based design duo DR.ME have been posting a collage a day on their Instagram as part of their 365 days of Collage series. You’ll also see what creative things they’ve been up to out and about in Manchester and what they are currently working on.
