We know you are all a creative unique bunch which is why this week we have found our top 4 favourite DIY’s to customise your belongings from sketchbooks to pillows and from planters to shoes.

#1 Colourful Dot Notebook Covers by Moments To Live For

This super simple but very cute DIY from Moments To Live For can turn your plain and boring notebook into an explosion of colour in a few simple steps. We’ve got lots of lovely colours and patterns in our Washi Tape range for you to chose from. Once you’ve selected your colours stick two of the tapes next to each other on the freezer paper and by using a 1 inch circle palm punch cut out your circle sticker (remember to make sure that both the tapes fill the circle). Hey presto you have lots of colourful stickers to decorate your notebook!

#3 Marbled Hanging Baskets by Oh Joy

If you have some plain white planters, this tutorial from Oh Joy is a great way to add a splash of colour. The tutorial uses nail varnish but we recommend using Marabu Easy Marble inks. Pick your colours then fill a old washing up bowl with water. Add a few drops of your colours then using a tooth pick or a old comb gently swirl the colours to marble the colours. Dip your planter into the bowl and slowly pull out to reveal your beautiful dip dyed marbling.
