We had our friends Textbook Studio in last week printing the posters they have designed for Christmas at Islington Mill on our Riso. They used our gorgeous metallic gold ink on a purple card stock and we think they look great!
Not only does the poster look fantastic but so does this years Christmas market, which is spread over two days rather than the usual one, giving you plenty of chances to get yourself into the Christmas spirit early this year.
With Islington Mill filled to the rafters with creative talent the festive period is the a brilliant time to scoop up their work for unique treats and one of a kind gifts for your friends and family. The resident creatives, including FA Sketchpad artists Aliyah Hussian and Caroline Dowsett, will be selling a range of limited-edition pieces in a range of mediums such a ceramics, jewellery, photography and printmaking.
If buying gifts for your loved ones isn’t enough to get you in the festive spirit then you won’t be disappointed at this years Christmas Market have ensured maximum festive joy. Whilst being serenaded by the Northern Quarter Boys Choir and St Phil’s primary school choir you can enjoy mulled wine and homemade festive vegan food from resident vegan kitchen Mother May I, making Christmas at Islington Mill the perfect festive warm up.
