Matt Sewell is one of the twenty Outhouse artists who produced a limited edition cover for our sketchpad range. His cover design is for our A4 220gsm Cartridge Pad and is in his distinctive style. We caught up with Matt to find out about his work.
Tell us a bit about the idea behind your sketchbook cover?
My wife is always having a go at me that I don’t paint girls anymore so I thought I would paint a girl rather than birds.
How did you get involved with Outhouse?
I’ve been painting walls around Manchester since 2003, they must of noticed and asked me to paint one of those weird toilet thingies – I painted loads of birds.
