We were delighted to be asked to talk at the next Glug Leeds event at Duke Studios. The organisers have gone back to their roots with an event showcasing the wonderful talents we have up North so they’ve gathered a line of speakers to talk about why the North is a great place to be living and doing business right now, because you know what it’s not so Grim up North!
Glug is a series of events for the design and creative community. Based around a series of talks and informal networking, Glug has become one of the most exciting, credible and well attended creative events around. Established in 2007, it’s an eclectic mix of people from all creative walks of life; from advertising, graphic design and the visual arts through to fashion, architecture and the crafts.
Paul Walker, one of our two Managing Directors and fifth generation of the Aldous family, will be speaking at Glug #6, sharing a potted history from our beginnings back in 1886 to date and why we have made the move over to Leeds. After opening our doors in Leeds back in October it has been an absolute pleasure to meet people who live and work there so we’re are looking forward to meeting more on the night.
