The name 'Float' was given to a range of low carts with a cranked axle and rear entry which was ideal for loading heavy milk churns. The churns held between eight and ten gallons and the milk was served by using one or two-pint measures and filling the customer's jug directly. Includes Matchcraft safety cutter.
