How can I redeem points?

Redeeming points is super simple. When you register as a customer every product you buy earns you points to spend on anything on our website. You use points at the checkout and get a discount off your purchase. Lovely.

Can I use Monkey Points on my first order?

Yes. Once you create an account, you receive 25 Monkey Points. Sign up for our newsletter, and you will receive an additional 25 Monkey Points (50 Monkey Points total). You can then redeem your Monkey Points for a discount!

Can I spend my points in your actual shop in Manchester?

Not yet. We are working on this and it should be available soon. Watch this space.

Do Monkey Points ever expire ?

Yes, but not for ages you get 1 whole year from the point you received them. Don’t worry we send you a reminder in plently of time.

How do I know how many Monkey Points I have?

Just log in to your account. You can then view all your Monkey Point info in one handy place.

Will I earn monkey points if I check out as a guest?

Sorry no. You need to register to earn Monkey Points. It's really easy to register so get involved.

Why Monkey?

This cheeky chap is one of the oldest surviving products we have sold. We found a box full of them and often give them away to be redeemed for discounts. So it seemed like the natural choice.
