Photography Studio

Our photo studio started life as a white sheet, a wobbly table and two angle poise lamps. It has come a long way since then. Over the years we have tweaked changed and improved all the kit to be able to take perfect shadowless photographs for this very website.

We love our photo studio ! And with this in mind we thought we would share it with you lovely people. We’ve had lots of people hiring the space, whether it be students, artists or designers wishing to photograph their work or produce shots to boost website sales. We also have a full-length white backdrop, which has been hired in the past for clothing lines, fashion shoots and portrait shots.

Our studio is perfect for people who want to get great shots of their work without having to spend a fortune. Even if you've never held a camera you will be taking pictures in no time. You won't be blinded with jargon. No f stops or ISO's, we talk in plain english. We have found this approach works great. Our constant light set up is tethered to the computer so you can see the results instantly. For the larger backdrop we use Flash and this takes a little longer to set up but it still produces great results. Our camera is a Canon 7D and is provided as part of the hire, but you are welcome to bring your own camera if you feel more comfortable with it.

Most people who book have a chat with Elle (our in house photographer) first and if it is appropriate take a test shot of their work.

- Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
