Postage – Distance Selling and refunds

UK Mainland

Orders over £40 are subject to free postage and packing providing the weight doesn't exceed 20KG - Free shipping is not offered in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

Our minimum UK Mainland postage charge is £4.00 this is for items weighing up to 1.49 Kilos, which will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post or an independent courier service.

UK Mainland “Express Postage”

If you require your order urgently select the ' UK Next working day' delivery from the shopping basket page. If you place the order before 12pm your order will be dispatched the same day (excludes weekends and public holidays) and will be guaranteed for delivery the next working day (excludes weekends and public holidays)

UK Express delivery orders are sent by carrier and require the signature of someone at the delivery address.

We will contact you if there are any problems with your order.

If you are in Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland:

Your postage charge will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket.

Europe:

We are able to deliver to the following European countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Moldova (Republic of), Romania, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Macedonia (The Former Yugoslav Republic of), Ukraine, Yugoslavia.

We do not deliver to the USA or Canada.

Returns

If you don’t want it, send it back to us within 90 days of ordering and we’ll happily refund the value of the goods. Postage charges will not be refunded on unwanted items.

To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all.  We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.

If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.

You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. Fred Aldous Ltd will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
