Medallion stamps can be used with fine glitters to create 3D effect cards. The image is stamped a number of times on two (or more) colours of card and then the images cut out. Each cut out layer is made smaller than the last by cutting along a different part of the medallion. Glitter is applied near the edges of each layer and the layers are fixed to each other using sticky pads to create a 3D medallion. This can then be applied to the front of a card.
