Q. I have an old stool (that I made at school many many years ago...!) that needs restringing. I recall that we used raffia for this, but all the raffia I see on web sites (including yours) seems to be the thin sort, similar to what gardeners might use as twine. What string should I use, and do you sell it? Thanks.
