A non-flammable, pleasant to use and biodegradable alternative to turps and white spirit for cleaning brushes and thinning oil paint. It is made using the zest of citrus fruit and as such it is a much safer solvent for use in the studio. It is a clear, colourless liquid which has a pleasant orangey citrus smell, it is biodegradable and evaporates without leaving any residue. The natural oils in Zest-it make it much kinder to your brushes than other solvents. This can help prolong brush life and keep them in good condition.
