We are pleased to announce the first selection of workshops and informal drop-in sessions taking place at The International Photobooth Convention.

Artists Sarah Marsh and Jessica Wild have been back in the FA Laser studio creating pieces for Manchester Art Gallery's Clore Art Studio. They have created a space for families to interact with ideas and each other; exploring the theme of Transformations through sensory, imaginary and creative 'play', taking inspiration from the new exhibition; Imitation Game. Explore the space and all the different ways you can transform yourself. Open everyday 10-5pm.

To celebrate International Women’s Day and to launch the fantastic 2016 Wonder Women programme of events, Instigate Arts take an intersectional exploration of the aesthetics of protest and consider how clothing and style is used to shape, define and own gender, sexuality and identity. From the Suffragettes to Red Lipstick Day, the Slut Walks and Pussy Riots to butch and drag, women have long utilised that which is used to restrict them; to strive for freedom and an identity on their own terms.

We are really pleased to be supporting RareKind China which showcases the diverse visual identities of graffiti and street artists from China and the UK.

Etsy Made Local is a national, community-led initiative celebrating the makers, collectors and artisans in local communities across the UK. Etsy Made Local marketplaces will pop-up across the country on 5-6 December, 2015.
