Sirdar Yarns

We've been crafting for longer than most. But Yorkshire's Sirdar had been spinning their yarns for 6 years before Frederick Aldous brimmed his cart with cane and willow to supply the basketmakers of Victorian Manchester.

Fast forward 145 years and Sirdar is still going strong. Spinning yarns, designing patterns, and inspiring makers from their Wakefield HQ. 

A substantial assortment of their 'Loveful' range has appeared in our three stores. A soft, smooth, versatile and 100% recycled yarn, 'Loveful' is spun exclusively from GRS-certified waste wool, acrylic, and polyester fibres. Oh, and we've got a decent range of their pattern books thrown in for good measure, too.
