A Friendly Face

As soon as Andrew's application landed in our inbox, we thought, this feels familiar. Turns out, we'd already spotted his work, smiling down on us on the same streets we stroll with the dogs.

Turns out, he and Jay had already crossed paths a few years back, too. Jay, spray can in hand, was mid-sprucing Stevo Square, and Andrew thought he looked like a good man to ask for advice on where the best spots to paint around Manchester were. Safe to say, he got more than he bargained for. Now he's in charge of the whole square.

Though he and his murals are becoming a more familiar sight around Manchester, Andrew's been a fixture on Liverpool's bustling street art scene for nearly 20 years. Now, he's made the trip up the Mersey over to give Stevo Square a fresh lick of paint and dream up a brand-new collection with us.

"I love to tell stories and put joy in to peoples daily life through my work by using a mixture of illustration, typography, patterns and other graphic elements. Being creative is what I enjoy most in life!". No surprise, then, that we hit it off straight away.

Taking striking typography, playful imagery, and graphic structure. And compiling these elements into bold, colourful visuals brimming with positive energy and personality.
